Role Description This is a full-time, in office Chartered Accountant role based in Ahmedabad. The role involves managing and executing audit and assurance engagements, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

The Chartered

Accountant will handle direct and indirect taxation matters, including tax planning, filings, and representation, while supporting clients with accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting. Day-to-day responsibilities also include participating in internal control reviews,



advising on financial structuring and business decisions, supporting valuations and restructuring projects, and contributing to risk management and de-risking initiatives. The role requires close collaboration with clients and internal teams to deliver practical, high-quality advisory services and maintain strong professional relationships.

Qualifications

- Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) with valid membership; additional certifications in taxation, audit, or finance are an advantage.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards, audit procedures, and financial reporting frameworks (e.g., Ind AS, IFRS, Companies Act, and relevant regulatory guidelines).
- Experience in direct and indirect taxation, including tax computation, return filing, assessments, and advisory on regulatory compliance.
- Skills in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, valuation, and restructuring, with the ability to interpret and present data-driven insights.
- Proficiency in accounting and audit tools, ERP systems, and MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial and regulatory concepts clearly to clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on practical, business-oriented solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage multiple engagements, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced professional environment.
