Role Description The Candle Making Artist will be responsible for designing, crafting, and finishing high-quality scented and decorative candles that align with Mystic Momento’s brand and personalization standards. Day-to-day tasks include preparing wax and fragrance blends, pouring and molding candles, experimenting with colors and textures, and adding personalized elements such as labels, engravings, or decorative finishes. The role also involves maintaining a clean and safe workspace, managing inventory of raw materials, coordinating with the design and packaging teams, and ensuring consistent product quality.

The Candle Making

Artist will occasionally assist with product photography setup,



packaging for orders, and collaborating on new gift concepts. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi.

Qualifications

- Hands-on experience in candle making, including wax handling, fragrance blending, and safe use of molds and tools.
- Artistic and creative skills, with an eye for color, texture, design, and personalized detailing.
- Basic understanding of safety standards related to heat, chemicals, and equipment used in candle production.
- Solid attention to detail and quality control to ensure consistency in size, finish, scent, and presentation.
- Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple orders and production schedules.
- Ability to work collaboratively with design, packaging, and customer support teams and communicate clearly.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to evolving product lines and customization trends.
- Prior experience in handcrafted products, artisanal work, or gifting industry is an advantage.
- Minimum high school education; vocational training in arts, crafts, or design is a plus.
