About A1 Global College

A1 Global College, based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada, is seeking a qualified and experienced Business Management Instructor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Business Management instruction to adult learners.

Mandatory Requirements

All requirements listed below are mandatory:

- Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience.
- Business Competencies: Strong knowledge and practical experience in administrative systems, business operations, and professional communication.
- Digital Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CRM systems, and standard office systems/software.
- NOC Alignment: Candidate’s NOC/occupation alignment must directly reflect the relevant job role.
- Teaching Ability: Demonstrated ability and experience in adult teaching/training.
- Delivery Capability: Ability to effectively deliver training through both online and in-person formats.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Working Hours





This is a remote position with late-evening and night-shift working hours as per India Standard Time (IST) to accommodate Canadian class schedules.

- Canadian Time: Classes/work hours will fall between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM (Ontario time).
- India Time: The corresponding working hours will generally fall during late evening and night hours.

Candidates must be comfortable working during these hours.

WES Requirement

Please note: Candidates who are selected for this position will be required to obtain a WES (World Education Services) credential evaluation as part of the process.
