BD Manager JD Location-BKC, Kurla YOE- 3 to 7 Salary-8 to 10 LPA We looking for a Business Development qualified from an advertising, creative, digital, media or integrated marketing agency to drive new business and build strong relationships with brands and businesses.

What You Will

Own - Identify and generate new business opportunities across brands and businesses.

- Build relationships with CMOs, Marketing Heads, Brand Heads and senior decision-makers.
- Drive the complete new business cycle — prospecting, meetings, briefs, pitches, negotiations and closure.
- Understand client challenges and translate them into relevant agency solutions.
- Work closely with creative, strategy, digital, media and other teams to develop compelling pitches and proposals.
- Drive RFPs, pitch opportunities and proactive outreach.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline and consistently deliver revenue targets.




- Identify opportunities to grow existing relationships and cross-sell ARC's integrated capabilities.

Who We Are Looking For - 3–7 years of experience in Business Development / New Business within an advertising, creative, digital, media or integrated marketing agency.

- Proven experience in client acquisition and business closure.
- Strong understanding of the agency ecosystem and marketing landscape.
- Existing relationships with brands/marketing decision-makers will be a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and pitching skills.
- Someone who is commercially sharp, proactive and comfortable hunting for new business.
- Most importantly, someone who can sell an idea, a solution and an agency — not just a service.
