Industry Preference: Anchor/Big Box, Retail Expansion, Mall/Retail Leasing /n /n Role Overview /n We are looking for a dynamic business development professional to drive property acquisition and expansion in various regions of India. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience dealing with both developers and landowners, negotiating and closing complex real estate transactions, and managing end-to-end site acquisition—from scouting to documentation to handover. /n /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Identify, evaluate, and acquire suitable fit for multi-screen expansion across designated markets/territories.

/n

- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, developers, and property owners to source recent opportunities and negotiate favorable commercial terms and scope of work.

/n

- Conduct comprehensive property scouting—assessing catchment, competition mapping, demographic fit, and site suitability for the multi-screen.

/n

- Maintain and manage a strong pipeline of prospective properties/developers to support expansion targets

/n

- Track market trends, competitor expansion activity, and terms benchmarks in relevant micro-markets.





/n /n /n Required Skills & Competencies /n /n

- Strong network and relationship management skills with developers, landowners, and channel partners.

/n

- Ability to read and interpret site layouts, floor plans, and basic technical/civil drawings.

/n

- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage multiple sites/markets simultaneously.

/n

- Proficiency in MS Excel/PowerPoint for site analysis and presentations.

/n

- Willingness to travel extensively for site visits and market scouting.

/n /n /n Qualifications /n /n

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration.

/n

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in retail real estate business development, with prior experience in multi-screen, anchor/big-box property expansion, will be preferred.

/n /n /n Preferred Background /n /n

- Experience working with Multi Screen operators, department stores, hypermarkets, or other anchor/big-box formats.

/n

- Exposure to mall/high-street real estate ecosystems.
