• Real Estate teams Identify upcoming office fit-out, expansion, relocation and renovation projects Lead client meetings, presentations, commercial negotiations and closures Work closely with Design, Estimation, Procurement &





• Projects teams to develop winning proposals Own the complete sales cycle from Lead Generation → Qualification → Proposal → Negotiation → Closure Build a strong and sustainable project pipeline Drive profitable business growth, not just topline revenue Develop existing accounts and generate repeat business ? What We’re Looking For ✅ 6–12 years of relevant Business Development/Sales experience ✅ Experience in Corporate Interiors / Commercial Fit-Out / Design &
