nWe are looking for a BDM with strong experience in the diamonds & jewellery industry to drive B2B business across the European market.

nKey Responsibilities

- Acquire and grow B2B clients across Europe.
n
- Manage existing accounts and increase client share.
n
- Drive hunting & farming of key accounts.
n
- Support product development and merchandising.
n
- Track European market trends, competitors and business opportunities.
n
- Lead client negotiations and build robust customer relationships.
n
- Travel internationally for client meetings and trade shows.
n

nKey Requirements

n




- 7–8 years of B2B sales/business development experience in diamonds & jewellery for Europe market.
n
- Strong product and merchandising knowledge.
n
- Proven hunting and farming experience.
n
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
n
- European market/client exposure preferred.
n
- Willingness to travel extensively.
n
