Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in New Delhi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for the following day-to-day tasks:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve goals and expand customer base
- Identify new sales opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to develop and maintain a competitive advantage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials




- Prepare sales reports and forecasts and present to senior management

Qualifications

- Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans
- Experience in identifying current sales opportunities and developing relationships with potential clients
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Aptitude for understanding and interpreting technical information
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the architecture, real estate, or hospitality industry is preferred but not required
- This will be target based job.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
