About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive B2B sales in the education sector. The role involves extensive travel to colleges, universities, and educational institutions, building solid partnerships, and closing business deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleges, universities, and educational institutions.
- Generate and drive B2B sales by pitching CollegeHai’s services to potential clients.
- Handle the complete business development cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with key decision-makers.




- Maintain regular follow-ups and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Travel extensively for client meetings and business development activities.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the education/EdTech sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the state.
- Must have a personal vehicle for field travel.
- Ability to work independently and drive business growth.
- Comfortable with a field-intensive, on-ground sales role.
