NRole: Business Development

NNo. of Requirement: 1

NQualification: Bachelor's Degree in Business/Management/Hospitality

NExperience: 2-3 years of functional experience in Business Development/Sales

NLocation: Jaipur.

NScope of the Role:

NThe role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing marketing strategies to attract new homeowners, and building partnerships and collaborations with other businesses. The role works to grow the company's revenue by identifying new markets and developing relationships with Homeowners.

NKey Roles & Responsibilities:

- To research & analyze existing and new markets in terms of pricing, footfall,



quality of supply, competition and other significant factors.
N
- To develop and manage relationships with Home Owners & local brokers for a continuous pipeline of relevant villas.
N
- To visit the villa & carry out the home acquisition process so as to onboard the home successfully.
N
- Conduct & review commercial models & negotiate contracts for deal closures.
N
- To work cohesively as ateam member & contribute to the target for Homes Acquired per month.
