NJob Summary:
NWe are seeking an experienced Business Development for IT Infrastructure to manage and grow a key segment of our business. This individual will play a critical role in driving revenue through a comprehensive range of IT infrastructure solutions, including cloud services, datacenter solutions, storage, networking, and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, including experience in enterprise IT solutions, and a proven ability to lead teams to achieve both individual and collective targets.

- Sales Leadership: Lead and deliver on monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans for the Mass Market customer segment. N
- Team Leadership: Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to the sales operations staff, ensuring accountability and consistent performance. N
- Geographic Expansion: Identify growth opportunities within assigned geographies, setting transparent priorities to capture new business. N
- Business Acquisition: Take responsibility for acquiring and developing new business through self-initiated calls and internal leads. N
- Account Management: Work closely with support staff to ensure excellent client service and satisfaction, contributing to long-term business relationships. N
- Collaboration: Partner with internal teams for efficient execution of the sales process and delivery of solutions. N
- Coaching & Mentorship: Provide coaching and mentorship to the sales
