Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you will connect with prospective students, understand their career aspirations, recommend suitable ElevateU programs, and guide qualified leads through the enrollment journey.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the confidence to engage with prospects, handle objections, and consistently work toward achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective candidates through phone calls and other communication channels.
- Understand and address customer concerns, questions, and objections professionally.
- Convert qualified leads into course enrollments.
- Maintain accurate lead, interaction, and follow-up records in the CRM.

- Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales,



business development, inside sales, counseling, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, objection-handling, and follow-up abilities.
- Positive attitude with a solid willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, WhatsApp, and online communication platforms.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
