Role: Business Analyst - CBS(Core Banking domain) Experience required: 7 to 15 years Location : Gurgaon /NCR Job Requirements:

- Understand and analyze business requirements from banks and stakeholders.
- Conduct requirement discussions and workshops with clients.
- Prepare and maintain solution documents/user story and functional specifications.
- Create, review, and execute test cases.
- Support UAT and defect management activities.
- Exposure and working in Core Banking applications like Finacle, Flexcube, Temenos will be added advantage. Robust understanding of the Banking domain, including:
- Customer Onboarding
- CASA (Current & Savings Accounts)
- Deposits
- Loans
- Cards
- Guarantees
- Payments & Transfers
- Standing Orders - Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
