About The RST Show The RST Show is Kanpur’s biggest podcast channel and one of UP’s leading emerging podcast platforms. Our mission is to take The RST Show from Kanpur to the entire country and build it into one of India’s biggest podcast platforms.

We are on a transparent mission — to build The RST Show into one of India's biggest and most influential podcast platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Bring brand partnerships, sponsors and business collaborations.
- Identify and onboard quality podcast guests such as founders, entrepreneurs, professionals and creators.
- Approach brands and decision-makers for podcast and media collaborations.
- Explore opportunities to take The RST Show to other platforms, cities, events and organizations.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships.




- Handle pitching, follow-ups and partnership closures.
- Achieve monthly brand and guest acquisition targets.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
- Sales/BD/Media/Advertising experience preferred.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.

Salary: Fixed Salary Incentives
