The purpose of the role is to drive sales and hire, groom and retain high performing sales team in achieving the business targets and collection in line with Muthoot Fincorp & Muthoot Pappachan Group's strategic objectives. ? Key Responsibilities - Drive Business Growth for Home Loan & Prime LAP products in the assigned branch.

- To hire & Retain High Performing Sales Team.
- Responsible for improving the distribution by empanelment of Connectors/DSA.
- Own & resolve the early mortality, delinquencies and NPAs from current sourcing and existing portfolio.
- Identify potential customers through new markets and empanel good quality referral partners to scale up LAP and Home Loan business.
- Ensure high conversion rates from lead generation to loan disbursement.
- To liaison with various stake holders like Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU, at different levels for faster credit decisioning.
- To Retain existing live loan customers.
- Working knowledge of Collections/ Recoveries.
- Be accountable for Portfolio Quality of the Location.




- To address customer queries, resolve complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep track of market trends, competitor strategies and industry development and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

- Minimum of 8 years of prior experience in Banks, NBFCs would be mandatory with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Working knowledge of Affordable Home Loans/LAP business exposure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
