About the RoleWe’re looking for an SEO & ORM specialist who can help us grow our organic visibility and strengthen how iThrive is discovered and perceived online.

You’ll work across SEO, technical SEO, content, AI search, link building, local SEO, and online reputation management—with a focus on driving real traffic, leads, and brand visibility.

Experience: 2–4 Years

What You’ll Do
Plan and execute SEO strategies across technical, on-page, content, and off-page SEO.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, content audits, and technical SEO audits.
Improve rankings, organic traffic, CTR, leads, and conversions.
Work on Core Web Vitals, indexing, crawling, schema, internal linking, sitemaps, etc.
Optimize content for Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and emerging AI search platforms.
Build quality backlinks through outreach, digital PR, partnerships, and relevant prospects.
Manage ORM, including monitoring brand mentions, reviews, search results, and online reputation.
Identify opportunities to improve positive brand visibility and address negative or inaccurate search results.
Manage and improve Google Business Profile and local SEO where relevant.




Track performance using Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio.
Prepare regular reports with clear insights and actionable next steps.
Stay updated with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, and changes in AI search.

What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of hands-on SEO experience.
Strong understanding of technical, on-page, content, and off-page SEO.
Working knowledge of ORM/reputation management.
Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GA4, and Search Console.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Someone who takes ownership and can work independently.
Interest in AI search, AIO/GEO, and the future of search.

Positive to Have
Experience in healthcare, wellness, nutrition, or other YMYL industries.
WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify experience.
Digital PR/link-building experience.
Local or international SEO experience.
CRO knowledge.
