The team comprises of IITians, Doctors, Healthcare professionals and backed by top Indian VCs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide deep care and regular consult for best patient success.
2. Ensure patient's outcome and improvement in the root-cause identified.
3.



Earn trust with patient results & ensure patient retains on the platform.
4. Generate repeat purchases based on identified root-causes for 3month/6month as per req.

KPIs:

1. Achieve 60% Revenue Conversion
2. Get atleast 80% Customer Success
3. Maintain AoV of Rs.3000

Qualifications:

1. Min. 1-3yrs of practice and patient renewals.
2. Certified Bachelors/Masters BAMS Degree or relevant.
3. High Professionalism and Ownership for patient success.
4. Positive Attitude for KPIs achievement.
5. Own Laptop / PC setup for remote working.
