Position Title: Automation Test Lead / Senior QA – WinForms (.NET) Function: Quality Assurance / Automation Testing Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Lead / Senior QA Engineer with strong expertise in .NET WinForms automation testing. The role involves designing automation frameworks, leading QA efforts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities 1. Automation & Testing - Design and develop automation frameworks for WinForms, Web, and API testing.

- Perform UI, API, and Web automation testing.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for regression and functional testing.
- Implement data-driven and modular framework approaches.
- Tools & Technologies - Hands-on experience with WinForms automation tools such as WinAppDriver, FlaUI, Squish, TestComplete (mandatory).
- Experience with API testing tools like Postman or similar.
- Knowledge of load testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.




- Data & Backend Testing - Basic SQL knowledge for writing queries and data validation.
- Framework & Development - Ability to design automation frameworks from scratch.
- Experience with Automation APIs and CI/CD integration.
- Leadership & Collaboration - Lead QA team and mentor engineers.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders. 6.

Communication - Provide status updates and reports.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies.

Educational

Qualification B.E./B.Tech Experience 7–15 years in QA/Automation testing with solid WinForms experience.

Skills and Competencies - WinForms UI Automation (mandatory) - API & Web Automation Testing - Automation tools: WinAppDriver, FlaUI, Squish, TestComplete - SQL for data validation - Load testing tools - Leadership and stakeholder management skills
