Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager / Floor Manager / Supervisor / Guest Relations ExecutiveLocation: CAARA, Indore

CAARA India is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and experienced hospitality professionals to join our growing team at CAARA Indore. We have openings across various Front of House roles, including Assistant Restaurant Manager, Floor Manager, Supervisor, and Guest Relations Executive.

The ideal candidates should have a strong understanding of restaurant operations, guest service, team coordination, and hospitality standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesRestaurant & Floor Operations

- Ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant and floor operations.
- Monitor service standards and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and service teams for smooth operations.
- Handle guest concerns, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Ensure the restaurant floor is always well-presented, organized, and ready for service.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, grooming, and presentation standards of the team.

Guest Relations
- Welcome and engage with guests to create a warm and memorable dining experience.
- Build strong relationships with regular and repeat guests.
- Handle reservations, guest preferences, special requests, and occasions.
- Proactively collect guest feedback and work with the team to improve the guest experience.
- Support promotional activities, events, and special restaurant initiatives.

Team Management & Supervision
- Supervise and guide the service team during daily operations.
- Allocate duties and ensure proper staffing on the floor.
- Conduct team briefings and communicate daily operational requirements.
- Support training and development of new and existing team members.
- Ensure team members follow CAARA's service standards, SOPs,



and grooming requirements.
- Report operational or team-related concerns to the Restaurant Manager.

Sales & Business Support
- Support the team in achieving sales and service targets.
- Encourage upselling and recommend menu items where appropriate.
- Monitor guest flow and table turnover.
- Support inventory awareness and minimize operational wastage.
- Assist in maintaining accurate operational records and reports.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience in restaurants, cafés, hotels, or the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team (for managerial and supervisory roles).
- Good understanding of restaurant service and floor operations.
- Professional appearance and strong grooming standards.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn.

Experience Requirements
- Assistant Restaurant Manager: 3–5 years of relevant restaurant or hospitality experience.
- Floor Manager: 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- Supervisor: 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Guest Relations Executive: 1–3 years of experience in guest relations, hospitality, restaurants, or customer service.

Fresh and enthusiastic candidates with strong communication and hospitality skills may also be considered for suitable entry-level opportunities.
