Required
5–8 years of qualified software engineering experience
Solid full stack ownership — React + Node.js + TypeScript, both sides, not one
B2B SaaS background — built for enterprise clients, not consumers
Comfortable in quick-moving, early-stage environments
Strong API design and data modeling skills — has designed and owned backend services, not just consumed them
Experience taking a feature from spec (or ambiguity) to production with minimal hand-holding

MUST HAVE - React + Node.js + JavaScript + TypeScript + GraphQL

Preferred
Experience with modern React patterns (hooks, server components, state management at scale)
Experience designing and scaling Node.js/TypeScript services in production
Familiarity with CI/CD, testing practices, and code review standards on a small team
Founder or early-stage startup experience
