Role Description The Senior Product Manager for Canada Opportunities will lead the development and management of immigration-related service offerings and products tailored to individuals seeking Canadian opportunities. This full time, on-site role in Canada involves defining product vision and strategy, gathering and prioritizing requirements from stakeholders, and translating market insights into scalable service packages and digital tools. The role includes coordinating with consultants, marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure product alignment with regulatory requirements and client expectations,



while monitoring performance metrics and driving continuous improvement.

The Senior Product

Manager will document product roadmaps, oversee implementation timelines, conduct competitive and market analysis, and support training and enablement for internal teams to deliver consistent client experiences.

Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in product management, including product strategy, roadmap development, and end-to-end lifecycle ownership.
Solid analytical and research capabilities to understand immigration markets, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to design and optimize processes, with attention to detail and a focus on quality and client satisfaction.
Prior experience in immigration services, qualified consulting, or a related service industry is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications in product management are an advantage.
