Role Overview
nThe Retail Broking Head will define and drive the growth strategy for the zone across equity broking, distribution, and advisory products, while ensuring consistent performance in client acquisition, retention, and business growth.
nKey Responsibilities

- Define and execute the retail broking growth strategy for the zone, aligned with overall organizational objectivesn
- Own end-to-end zonal P&L;, including revenue growth, cost management, and profitability across all branchesn
- Build, lead, and review a network of branch heads, ensuring accountability for individual branch targets and performancen
- Drive expansion of the zone's footprint through new branches, franchisees, and channel partnersn
- Set direction for cross-sell of broking, advisory, and third-party distribution products across the zonen
- Establish and oversee governance around client servicing standards, escalation handling, and regulatory/compliance disciplinen
- Recruit, develop, and retain talent within the zone,



building a solid second line of leadership at the branch leveln
- Track zonal performance through structured MIS and course-correct strategy based on market and competitive trendsn
- Represent the zone in leadership discussions and serve as the key liaison between zonal operations and senior managementn

nCandidate Requirements

- n
- 12–15 years of experience in the stock broking / financial services industryn
- Demonstrated experience leading multiple branches or a zone/region with full P&L; ownershipn
- Experience managing a multi-branch, multi-city network, including both owned and franchisee/channel partner branchesn
- Experience managing a large frontline team, including branch heads, relationship managers, and sales staffn
- Full accountability for a sizeable annual revenue/brokerage book at the zonal level, with a demonstrated history of year-on-year growthn
- Strong command over equity markets, broking, and investment dis
