Job Position: ServiceNow Developer – ITSM + FSO

Work Location: Noida / Pune / Hyderabad.

Experience: 5 to 12+ Years

Key Responsibilities
Develop, configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications.
Work on ITSM modules and FSO business processes.
Hands-on experience with Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
Develop solutions using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Flow Designer.
Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
Analyze requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Perform troubleshooting, debugging, testing, and deployment activities.
Follow ServiceNow best practices and coding standards.

Required Skills
5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow Development experience.
Solid experience in ServiceNow ITSM and FSO (Financial Services Operations).
Positive knowledge of JavaScript, Glide Record, scripting, Flow Designer/workflows.
Experience with ServiceNow integrations and APIs.
Positive understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and configuration.
Banking / Insurance / Financial Services domain experience is preferred.
