SN Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role 1

Provide architectural and design oversight to ensure all solutions are fit for purpose and use. 2

Understand the current "as is processes" and deliver toolset changes based on upcoming process changes. 3

Customization or development of enhancement requests for existing ITSM/ITOM tools and processes 4

Work closely with BA's, Architects, Testing team and process teams. 5

Take respective ownership as an individual contributor throughout the project lifecycle.
