Role Description

This is a full-time, in office Architect role based in New Delhi, India. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing design drawings, and producing detailed plans for interior and exterior spaces. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the design team, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring that design solutions meet functional, aesthetic, regulatory, and budget requirements.

The role involves owning project timelines, leading site reviews, and integrating client feedback into design iterations. The Architect will also contribute to presentations, documentation, and smooth handover of designs for execution.





This is not an entry-level position we're looking for someone who can run the above with minimal oversight.

Qualifications

2–3 years of post-qualification experience in architectural design (required) — your portfolio should show real project documentation and site-level work, not only studio/concept projects

Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to independently translate concepts into detailed plans and drawings

Project Management skills, including coordination with stakeholders, timeline tracking, and maintaining design quality through project phases

Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation software — AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar; working knowledge of Rhino 3D is a strong plus

Bachelor's degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited institution

Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team and communicate clearly with clients and consultants

Knowledge of local building codes, materials, and construction practices; experience in interior architecture is an advantage
