The Role

We’re looking for an Advertiser Relations Manager to drive advertiser acquisition and sales for usemyspot. You will work directly with established brands and high-turnover companies, understand their advertising requirements, and convert those opportunities into campaigns across hoardings and vehicle advertising.

What you’ll do

- Identify and approach established brands and companies with significant advertising budgets.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential advertisers.
- Schedule and conduct monthly client meetings and consistently develop new business opportunities.
- Understand client objectives, budgets and target markets, and recommend relevant hoarding and vehicle advertising solutions across India.
- Prepare proposals, coordinate internally on campaign requirements and take opportunities from initial conversation to closure.
- Own the sales process and follow up with prospects until the deal is closed.
- Build long-term relationships with advertisers to drive repeat campaigns and larger spends.
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, opportunities, follow-ups and closures.

- Performance Expectations This is a sales-oriented role with clear, measurable outcomes. Performance will be tracked through:





- Monthly client meetings
- Qualified sales opportunities generated
- Proposals and campaigns converted
- Deals closed and revenue generated
- Repeat business from existing advertisers

- What we’re looking for

- 3–6 years of experience in advertising, media sales, agency business development, or a related field.
- Existing relationships or experience working with established brands, large companies or advertising agencies is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of advertising, particularly outdoor/media advertising, is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Commercially driven and comfortable working towards measurable sales targets.
- Strong follow-up discipline and ability to independently manage a sales pipeline.
- Proficient in English and Hindi.
