About the Role

We are looking for an accountant who can independently manage our complete Dubai company accounting through QuickBooks.

This is a 100% remote position. You can work from home and handle the accounting and reporting directly with our Dubai & India Team.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage all company accounting through QuickBooks
- Record sales, purchases, expenses and payments
- Create and manage invoices
- Maintain accounts payable and receivable
- Perform bank and payment gateway reconciliations
- Track customer outstanding payments
- Maintain vendor accounts and payment records
- Properly categorise all transactions in QuickBooks
- Keep QuickBooks updated on a daily basis
- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and financial reports
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and supporting records
- Prepare and file UAE VAT returns
- Ensure VAT transactions are correctly recorded in QuickBooks




- Maintain proper records for UAE VAT compliance
- Coordinate directly with management regarding accounts, payments and cash flow

Mandatory Requirements

- Strong practical experience with QuickBooks
- Must be able to independently handle complete accounting using QuickBooks
- Knowledge and experience in UAE VAT filing
- Good understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
- Good Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
- Robust attention to detail
- Organised, responsible and reliable
- Comfortable working independently from home
