Looking for strong experience in managing B2B existing customer accounts for US Market, building long-term client relationships, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and driving customer satisfaction.

Experience in Account Management
Good Experience in Cross Selling & Up Selling
Excellent experience in IT Services Sales
Good at Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Excellent Client Retention skills
Experience in Stakeholder Management

Good Problem-solving skills.
Positive working experience in US Market.
