About the Role

We are looking for a creative, proactive and social-media-savvy Social Media & Content Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should understand how social media works, have a positive eye for content, and be comfortable with both planning and actually creating content.

This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in content planning, shooting, editing, posting and managing social media for the agency and its clients.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing social media content across Instagram and other relevant platforms.
Create and maintain monthly/weekly content calendars.
Brainstorm creative ideas for Reels, Stories, static posts, carousels and other social media formats.
Shoot content in-office as well as at external locations, including BTS, product shoots, trend-based content, events, campaigns, etc.
Be comfortable using a phone/camera to shoot valuable-quality social media content.
Assist with Reel ideation, scripting, shooting and basic editing.
Keep up with current Instagram trends, viral formats, sounds, memes and content trends.




Track basic social media performance and identify what type of content is performing well.
Support the team during campaigns, shoots, events and brand activations.

Skills Required
Good understanding of Instagram and social media platforms.
Must have working knowledge of Canva.
Must be comfortable working on Google Sheets / Google Drive.
Should know the basics of shooting content on a phone/camera, both indoors and outdoors.
Basic knowledge of video editing is preferred.
Strong understanding of social media trends and viral content.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Should be proactive and willing to take ownership rather than waiting for instructions.
A good eye for aesthetics, composition and visual storytelling is a plus.
