NWe are looking for a Products & Research Intern who is passionate about robotics, autonomous systems, control, simulation and technology research.
NYou will work closely with the Products & Research team on researching, developing, testing and evaluating robotics algorithms and software for real-world applications.
NKey Responsibilities

- N
- Conduct literature reviews and study state-of-the-art methods in robotics, control, estimation and simulation. N
- Benchmark different approaches using simulations and available datasets. N




- Develop comparison reports and support recommendation of suitable algorithms and architectures. N
- Develop robotics software modules using Python / C / C++. N
- Implement and test control algorithms such as PID, LQR and MPC as applicable. N
- Work on sensor signal-processing pipelines including filtering, detection and feature extraction. N
- Analyse simulation and test logs and support controller tuning. N
- Work with ROS / ROS2 for robot integration, nodes, topics, services and actions. N
- Work with URDF/Xacro, TF/TF2 and RViz/RViz2 for robot modelling and debugging. N
- Support robotics simulation using Gazebo and related simulation tools. N
- Participate in AUV/ROV deployment, testing and field trials where required. N
- Prepare test plans, analyse data/logs, document findings and close technical action items. N
- Contribute to technicaldocumentation, reports and research activities. N
