Job DescriptionRole Overview
NWe are looking for a high-energy Business Development Manager with prior experience selling technology-led solutions to banks, fintechs, NBFCs, or large enterprise brands. This is not a generic sales role.
NThe ideal candidate should understand consultative/platform sales and should be comfortable selling engagement ecosystems, loyalty platforms, gamification engines, rewards infrastructure, or CRM/marketing technology solutions to senior stakeholders in BFSI organizations.
NThe role will focus on driving growth for BigCity's BFSI solutions portfolio including FinEngage — our always-on customer engagement and rewards platform.
NKey Responsibilities

- Drive new business acquisition across Banks, Fintechs, and Financial Services brands N
- Sell BigCity's technology-led engagement, loyalty, and rewards solutions N
- Build and manage a robust enterprise sales pipeline through outbound prospecting and networking N
- Engage with key stakeholders across marketing, digital, product, and customer engagement functions N




- Understand client business challenges and position relevant platform-led solutions N
- Deliver impactful salespresentations and solution pitches N
- Work closely with internal teams to build customized proposals and commercial solutions N
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure N
- Build long-term client relationships and identify growth opportunities within accounts N

nRequired Experience & Skills

- 4–6 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales/business development N
- Prior experience selling tech solutions/platforms/SaaS/engagement or loyalty solutions to banks, fintechs, or enterprise brands N
- Strong understanding ofBFSI ecosystem and enterprise buying behaviour N
- Experience in consultative or solution-led selling N
- Excellent presentation,communication, and stakeholder management skills N
- Ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers N
