R&D;

Main Goal To provide the best operational services to the R &
D team in terms of quality, efficiency and competitiveness.

The success of a good trial is greatly influenced by the quality of the operational services provided to the team and therefore the Station Manager’s job is very crucial.

Reporting to R &
D operations Manager, Station manager is responsible for the overall development of the station
Taking care of Safety, Health and Environment at the station
Allocating land to the different crops and planning crop rotation.
Planning labour requirements.
Sourcing and inventory of all inputs including phyto-chemicals.
Establishing irrigation facilities and maintenance of irrigation equipment, machineries and green houses.
Establish and propose to the Manager CAPEX, OPEX and manage them
Possession and renewal of documents pertaining to R &
B like land lease renewal, general license from Panchayat or Government body, Electricity Board or any other departments.
Hiring security for the breeding station.
Documenting surface area utilized for R &
D analytics

What We Expect Of You
Should have a sound knowledge of Agronomy (crop planning, field preparation,



crop rotation, pest management)
Should have a knowledge of all the statutory requirements for establishing & running the station
Should be an effective communicator (both verbal & non- verbal communication) in English & the local language.
Possess a valuable knowledge of computer basics.
Should be a team player.
