Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Manager – FP&A; to partner with Operations, Delivery, and Commercial teams and drive profitable business growth. The role will lead budgeting, forecasting, P&L; analysis, revenue assurance, margin optimisation, operational analytics, and executive decision support for a BPO/BPM or services setting.

Key Responsibilities
Partner with business and operations leaders on revenue, cost, utilisation, and profitability.
Lead annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, long-range planning, and scenario analysis.
Own business-level P&L; reviews and analyse performance against budget, forecast, and prior periods.
Identify revenue leakage and margin improvement opportunities across accounts and business units.
Monitor revenue, gross margin, EBITDA, cost of delivery, and account/program profitability.




Analyse BPO operational metrics such as FTE, productivity, utilisation, shrinkage, attrition, cost per FTE, and revenue per FTE.
Build financial models, dashboards, executive presentations, and business cases.
Drive reporting automation, standardisation, governance, forecast accuracy, and data integrity.

Candidate Profile
8+ years of experience in FP&A;, Business Finance, Commercial Finance, or Finance Business Partnering.
Robust exposure to BPO, BPM, shared services, contact centre, or services organisations.
Hands-on experience in P&L; management, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, revenue assurance, and margin optimisation.
Advanced analytical, financial modelling, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Qualification: CA, CMA, CPA, MBA Finance, or a master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
