Job Description:-
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Must-have:
2+ years current US Mortgage Underwriting experience
Robust Non-QM + DSCR underwriting experience
Experience with DSCR calculations




Alternative income/documentation: Bank Statement, Asset Depletion, ITIN, 1099, P&L; Only
Knowledge of investor/secondary-market guidelines
Exposure to DU / LP
Graduate in any discipline
Willing to work from office in Navi Mumbai

Positive-to-have:
ATR/QM, TRID, RESPA, TILA, HMDA, HOEPA knowledge
Manual underwriting
Post-closing/audit experience
Experience handling complex income, credit, asset and collateral analysis
