Role Description The Enterprise Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for identifying and engaging enterprise prospects, leading the end-to-end sales cycle, and driving adoption of 1VP’s procurement platform among large industrial customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads,



delivering tailored sales presentations and product demonstrations, managing key accounts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success. The Enterprise Sales Manager will analyze customer requirements, develop proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and maintain a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting. This role also involves gathering market feedback, contributing to sales operations improvements, and supporting strategic initiatives to expand 1VP’s presence in target industries.
Qualifications
Solid enterprise Sales experience, including end-to-end deal management and negotiation.
Ability to deliver compelling Sales Presentations and product demos to senior stakeholders.
Proven track record in Lead Generation and developing current business within B2B or industrial markets.
