Role Description The Retail Fundraising Executive is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area, supporting social enterprises and non-profits in building and growing retail-focused fundraising programs. This role involves identifying and engaging potential individual donors and retail partners, coordinating in-store and community fundraising campaigns,



and managing donor communication across online and offline channels. The Executive will plan and execute outreach activities, maintain accurate records of donor interactions and contributions, and support the creation of marketing materials that drive small-ticket and recurring donations. They will collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising efforts with broader growth and marketing strategies, prepare regular performance reports, and ensure that all fundraising activities follow ethical standards and regulatory guidelines.
