Performance Marketing Expert
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Expert to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
Plan campaign strategy, targeting, budgets, and media allocation.
Optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversions.
Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
Set up and manage Pixel, GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, and remarketing.
Prepare performance reports and actionable insights.
Coordinate with content, design, and client servicing teams.

Requirements:
2+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
Solid expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Robust analytical and campaign optimization skills.
Experience handling multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Agency experience will be preferred.

Objective: Generate measurable business results while continuously improving campaign efficiency and ROI.
