About the Role
We are looking for an experienced, results-oriented Team Leader – Residential Real Estate Sales to lead a high-performing sales team focused on premium and luxury residential projects. The role will involve managing sales through Channel Partners (CPs), HNI/UHNI clients, direct customers, and strategic referral networks.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in residential real estate sales, excellent leadership and negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with HNI clients and Channel Partners.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of residential real estate sales professionals to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Drive sales of premium and luxury residential projects through direct sales, Channel Partners (CPs), HNI/UHNI clients, referrals, and corporate networks.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners, property consultants, investors, HNI clients, and key stakeholders.
Identify and onboard recent Channel Partners and continuously strengthen the existing CP network.




Generate and convert qualified leads through networking, referrals, CPs, events, digital leads, and other business-development channels.
Handle HNI and premium clients with a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and personalized service.
Conduct project presentations, site visits, negotiations, commercial discussions, and successfully drive deals toward closure.
Monitor the sales pipeline, lead conversion, site visits, bookings, collections, and revenue performance.
Set individual targets for team members and conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and sales training.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify prospects, improve conversion ratios, and forecast business.
Work closely with Marketing, CRM, Presales, Legal, Finance, and Project teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
