Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Creative Head – Art to lead the Art function and drive the visual and creative direction across brands and campaigns.
The ideal candidate will be a solid creative thinker and visual storyteller with significant experience in an advertising agency environment. The role requires someone who can conceptualise big ideas, translate strategies into compelling visual communication, and lead a team of designers and art professionals to deliver high-quality creative work.
This is a leadership role for someone who can think beyond execution, challenge conventional ideas, mentor creative talent, and raise the overall creative standard of the agency.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Leadership
Lead the Art function and establish a solid creative vision across campaigns, brands and communication platforms.
Develop big creative ideas and visual concepts that are distinctive,



relevant and strategically aligned with the brand.
Work closely with Copy, Strategy, Client Servicing and other creative teams to develop integrated campaigns.
Provide creative direction from concept development through final execution.
Push the team to explore fresh, innovative and unconventional visual approaches.
Ensure consistency and quality of creative output across different mediums and platforms.
Team Management
Lead, mentor and develop the Art team, including Art Directors, Graphic Designers and other creative professionals.
Allocate projects based on individual strengths, capabilities and development areas.
Review creative work and provide constructive feedback to improve the quality of output.
Build a culture of creative thinking, experimentation and continuous learning.
Identify skill gaps within the team and support capability development.
Motivate the team to consistently deliver work that meets a high creative standard
