Kantanna Information Technology is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & Automation Specialist to lead our digital marketing and marketing automation activities.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can take ownership of marketing campaigns, lead generation, CRM, content and automation, with a robust focus on generating qualified opportunities and supporting business growth.

Kantanna is an Australian and Philippines IT services and technology company providing managed IT, cloud, cybersecurity and compliance services to businesses.

About the Role
You will be responsible for planning, executing and improving Kantanna’s digital marketing activities across multiple channels.

The role will combine digital marketing, marketing automation, lead generation, CRM management, content and campaign performance.

You will work closely with management and sales to develop campaigns that increase brand awareness,



generate leads and convert prospects into prospects.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Build and manage automated marketing campaigns and customer journeys
Develop lead nurturing and email marketing campaigns
Manage marketing databases, segmentation and lead scoring
Create landing pages, forms and conversion workflows
Manage and improve CRM and marketing automation processes
Manage LinkedIn marketing and lead generation activities
Manage Google Ads and paid social campaigns
Support SEO and website optimisation
Manage and update website content through WordPress or similar CMS platforms
Create marketing content and campaign assets
Develop campaigns promoting Kantanna’s IT, cybersecurity, cloud and compliance services
Track leads from initial enquiry through to sales opportunities
Monitor campaign performance, conversion rates and ma
