Role Description The Customer Relationship Management Manager is a full time, in office role based in Faridabad, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of customer relationships across key accounts and segments. This role includes designing and implementing CRM strategies, managing customer data and segmentation,



and ensuring that communication and touchpoints are consistent and aligned with business goals. The manager will coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to track customer interactions, identify growth opportunities, and improve customer satisfaction and retention. Day-to-day activities involve analyzing customer behavior and feedback, preparing reports and dashboards, managing CRM tools and workflows, and supporting the development of targeted campaigns and account plans. The role also requires collaboration on process improvements, training team members on CRM best practices, and ensuring compliance with data privacy and company policies.
