Role Description The Territory Sales Incharge is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area,



responsible for driving sales and distribution within the assigned territory. This role includes managing and developing a network of distributors and retailers, ensuring product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising across all key outlets. The Territory Sales Incharge will monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and execute promotional activities and trade schemes to achieve revenue and volume targets. Daily responsibilities include regular market visits, relationship building with trade partners, resolving customer and channel issues, and providing timely reports and feedback to the regional sales team. The role also involves training and guiding field sales staff, maintaining compliance with company policies, and representing RSPL’s values and brand standards in the marketplace.
