Beauty By Bie is a beauty and personal care brand focused on creating high-quality, effective, and accessible beauty products. We are looking for an E-commerce Manager who can take ownership of our online marketplace and quick-commerce business and drive growth across multiple platforms.
Role Overview
The E-commerce Manager will be responsible for managing and growing Beauty By Bie’s presence across leading marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, Tira, AJIO, and Blinkit.
The role requires a solid understanding of marketplace operations, catalog management, inventory planning, promotions, advertising, sales analytics, and platform relationships. The ideal candidate should be highly data-driven, commercially oriented, and comfortable managing multiple platforms simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities1. Marketplace Management




Manage day-to-day operations and business performance across Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, Tira, AJIO, Blinkit, and other relevant e-commerce/quick-commerce platforms.
Own marketplace sales targets, GMV, revenue, profitability, and growth.
Ensure products are correctly listed with accurate titles, descriptions, images, pricing, claims, ingredients, and other relevant information.
Monitor and improve product visibility, search rankings, ratings, reviews, and conversion rates.
Ensure timely resolution of marketplace issues related to listings, orders, payments, inventory, returns, and account health.
Sales & Business Growth
Develop and execute platform-wise growth strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Identify opportunities for increasing assortment, visibility, conversion, and average order value.
Analyze platform performance and identify high-performing and underperforming SKUs.
