Job Description
Sandisk is seeking an energetic and highly organized Early Talent Recruiter & Program Specialist to support our India Emerging Talent Strategy. This role combines recruiting, university relations, and program management responsibilities to help attract, hire, and engage top student talent while delivering an exceptional experience across Sandisk's Internship and Current College Graduate (NCG) Programs.
The successful candidate will partner with hiring managers, universities, and internal stakeholders to execute recruiting strategies, coordinate campus engagement activities, and support the delivery of high-impact early career programs.
