Role Description This is a full-time, in office Real Estate Sales role based in Bengaluru South. The Real Estate Sales qualified will manage the end-to-end sales process, including identifying potential clients, conducting property presentations, and handling site visits.



Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, understanding client requirements, recommending suitable residential and commercial properties, and negotiating offers to closure. The role involves coordinating with property owners, developers, and internal teams to ensure accurate listing information and timely documentation. The professional will also track leads, update sales records, and support post-sale client service to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess relevant real estate credentials such as a Real Estate License and robust knowledge of Real Property regulations and practices.
