Reporting to the Head of Total Workforce Management & People Analytics, the Digital Product Owner - People Analytics will own the vision, roadmap,



and delivery of multiple analytics products that enable actionable insights across the enterprise. This role focuses primarily on Visier and Qualtrics solutions, ensuring seamless integration with HRIS, Vendor Management Systems (VMS), cloud data warehouse platforms, and workforce planning tools. As an individual contributor, you will act as the key liaison between Business stakeholders, People Insights team, the Master Data team, and technical partners to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions. You will manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of enhancements that improve workforce insights, listening capabilities, and organizational performance.
