Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Development of MIS Reports:
Create and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and standard reports to track sales, marketing, customer service, and project performance.
Data Analysis and Interpretation:
Analyze data from CRM, ERP, and other business systems to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly updates and sharing of sales reports with respective Site Heads.
Booking & IBM OBM Data Management:
Regular updation and circulation of Booking MIS, IBM and OBM reports.
Advanced Reporting & Dashboards:
Develop and maintain key business reports such as sales pipeline,



customer acquisition cost, and project timelines.
Data Quality & Governance:
Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of business data.
Adhere to internal data governance policies and contribute to their continual improvement.
Process Improvement:
Evaluate and enhance existing reporting processes and tools to meet evolving business needs and align with industry best practices.
Education:Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience:Minimum 2 years of experience in MIS, business intelligence, or data analysis; prior experience in thereal estate sector is mandatory.
Technical Skills:
Solid proficiency inGoogle Sheets and Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards).

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
