Position Summary

Detail oriented and analytical skilled responsible for optimizing supply chain operations through data driven insights and process improvements. Collaborates with cross functional teams to ensure accurate and timely provisions, vendor billing,



vendor payments, purchase orders. Utilizes advanced software tools and industry best practices to streamline workflows, monitor KPIs, and support strategic decision-making.

Handling Vendor payments, Invoicing and Provisions
Invoice Coding
Vendor Bill Validation
Raising and following up of purchase orders
Distribution Document (E-way Bill, DC) Preparation
Tax Reconciliation (Sales Vs Purchase Register)

Basic Qualifications
Logistics Finance background with more than 2 years of experience in the related field
Knowledge in GST Compliances, Reconciliation
Valuable communication skills
Expertise in Excel and power point
Graduate from a recognized university

Preferred Qualifications
Post graduate certification in the relevant field will be an added advantage
