Make outbound calls to prospective patients for awareness, promotions, and follow-ups.
Handle inbound calls, resolve queries, and provide information about treatments and wellness programs.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring smooth coordination with clinic staff.
Maintain accurate records of calls, patient details, and follow-ups in the clinic database.
Assist in patient engagement campaigns, including reminders for consultations, health camps, and offers.
Provide empathetic communication to motivate patients toward compliance with treatment plans.
Escalate complex queries to the appropriate department while ensuring timely resolution.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or healthcare communication preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Robust listening skills with the ability to handle patient concerns empathetically.
