Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management: Maintaining accurate stock records using software/registers, conducting regular physical counts, preventing shortages/overstocking, and identifying obsolete items.

Receiving and Issuing: Inspecting incoming goods against purchase orders for quality and quantity, ensuring proper storage, and issuing materials based on authorized requisitions

Re-order level: Inform the HOD purchase department, well in advance about the items that reach the reorder level to order from supplies.

Store Organization & Safety: Organizing the store layout for effective access, maintaining cleanliness, and implementing safety procedures to prevent damage or theft.

Coordination and Reporting: Collaborating with procurement, user and accounts departments, submitting inventory reports, and processing supplier bills/challans.

Education Qualifications:
Any graduate

Experience:
6 to 9 years of relevant experience in a reputed hospital

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
